Orders, Prices & Payment
Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices: all prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to US addresses. Sale prices and promotions may change or end at any time. We work hard to keep product descriptions, photos and prices accurate, but if we find an error we will contact you before your order ships.
Payment: payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are handled by our secure checkout and payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent allowed by law, Fyndly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
